Lovar 2000 With the arrival of spring and the month of Lovar here, it seems like love is in the air for all sims. Including our oldest, S'Ahmisa. She has changed quite a bit. Instead of our tomboy little girl, she's wearing a dress, tights and pearls. However, she still enjoys tossing the football around, but now she also enjoys make-up. Our little preteen is growing up.

I've been doing some growing of my own, especially around the middle. Ugh, I need to work out more. Especially since I no longer have a job :( I don't even know where to begin looking! Doing hair has always been my dream and I was good at it. *sigh* Perhaps I could get a job with SC Games.

Losing the Middle

Ok, so maybe I went overboard during vacation. I gained a few pounds and I've been working out to lose it. Those pounds are stubborn creatures once you get them. Ugh...hopefully with some dieting and more exercise I could lose the weight...if not, I could hire Jorge...I saw his ad in the paper. He could help my lose weight...otherwise it's off to the medical centre for some prescription drugs to help burn the fat.

Book Club

Jadhira couldn't make it to the book club meeting, so Li and I discussed my book for a few moments and then the topic turned to the construction on Apple Valley Metro. Li is designing a lot of the buildings going up there and she mentioned that she's working on one apartment complex that resembles an old hotel. She said she would love to move there, but she suspects that she's pregnant. Funny, since Sazo and I have been talking about having another child. Maybe we'll be pregnant together!

Relaxation

Finally some time away from Sazo and the girls. Eating everything I want-including luau ribs, lemon drop cake and juicy steak. With Sazo's businesses doing so well, I was able to foot the entire bill for the girl's weekend and we're having a blast! Li did an excellant job picking out the resort, I love waking up to the ocean every morning. I wonder if I could convince Sazo to buy a vacation villa here. We have a cabin in the mountains, which reminds me, I need to visit there and decorate the house. Yikes!

Li came over and told me all about the resort she found for the girl's weekend. You can see the sea from the balcony, great onsite resturaunt and gift shop, not to mention the tours that are included. I can't wait! We're going to surprise Jadhira with a special surprise since she's a new mother and get her a makeover while we're there.

I did it! My book is finished and the sales are doing quite well. The Pleasure Zone is all about achieving pleasure in your life. To celebrate I am looking for a new swimsuit for my girls weekend. I can't wait! Sun, heat, tanning, hot guys giving massages, yummy!

Wintery Weather

The season has finally turned and the weather is chilly. I found a wonderful vintage skirt and top online and just had to have it. Now that we have more simoleans, I can have my heart's desires (except a bigger house). I think I want to build an expansion to the house so I can have my own writing office. Otherwise, I need to keep the girls inside more, or at least bundled up! As you can see my spelling is better! Li helped me a lot and so does spell checker!

We finally took the girls on a vacation. It's too bad that thier grandparents didn't live long enough to make it with us. I tried telling ghost stories around the campfire, but the girls said my stories were not scary enough and instead they told thier own stories about marshmallow creatures and slimy worms. Gross.

Wow, time passes so quickly. Both girls are in school and part of me wants another child, while another part of me is happy to be done with potty training and diapers. We can now finally plan the family camping trip. I hope the girls will enjoy it. It is a surprise to them of course.

We did the backyard, we wanted to be able to spend some time enjoying the outdoors before the weather gets too cold. I love it. We can look out to the sea and drink smoothies...it's not the city scape of Simborough, but it's nice.

My daughter, S'Ahmisa is the light of my life, especially with this second pregnancy lagging so much. My due date has come and gone and still no baby this simday *sigh* I hope to add a little brother for S'Ahmisa soon, I wish the technology was better. No ultrasounds or anything to tell me the gender neither if I carry twins or not. O, back to my daughter, I love tickling her and hearing her giggle and tucking her in at night as she sleeps. So peaceful.

Family Vacation

I have started looking into brochures for a family vacation. Once the little one in my belly becomes a child, Sazo and I want to take them on a nice family vacation. Right now we need to save $2000 a sim if we take a guided tour, which means if the in-laws come along that at least $12000 (assuming I don't have twins). Perhaps we better go camping instead.

Iz back! The honeymoon was fun and the wedding was great of course. I didn't think I would like visiting Three Lakes, but it was fun, I found a new hobby-Fishing! Sazo said that we can even take a short vacation (1-2 simdays) to Three Lakes for our honeymoon.

I'm a mum! Little S'Ahmisa is such a cutie, I can not wait to see her grow up. The pregnancy was fairly easy, I was tired and cranky a few hours before I delivered (induced labor actually, little S'Ahmisa was a bit late), but before then I was perfectly fine, almost like I was on vacation, except with a baby bump.

We had a bbq to celebrate the start of the Food Expo. Sazo's dad made ribs and they renoveated the back yardz to have a nice patioz and grill. I loved the ribz, yummys.

Sazo and I are getting alongz greate. We're evens talking marriage. I'm nervous! I mean, I would love to marrys Sazo, he's a great man, but wow! It sometimes seems as if we're movings too fast, other times it seems like time is standing still. I supposez we's been on plenty of dates and we love each other, but I'm not surez what marriage will be like. We haven't discussed kiddos, or my carreerz. Right now I work at a computerz game designs firm downtown. I mash buttonz mosts days, but I wonderz will I help with the store-CupaJava-when we marriyz or will I keep my jobz. To be honestz, I don't likes my jobs anyhow. I rather work with clothingz. I like designingz and doodlings fashion clothz. Maybe I could start a beauty salonz, but I don't have any skillz there either. Jadhira makes it look so easy-she's a trainee with a florist shop and she knowz what she wants to do. I don't konw. I could do itz all. Desizn clothz, own beauty shops, mash buttons, too badz no businessez are hiring.

At least I get to keep my surname ^_^ Sazo will be taking my name-Warwick. They don't have strict rulez on who claims wgo's surname in Apple Valley. I wonder when we would marry?

Whatz happening? I don't know. They send us memos saying repairs are not done, they send us memos saying we will meet to discuss the proposal for the "new" apple valley, they send us memo after memo after memo! This is not goodz.

Repairz nots done yet. I still haven't gone out on date with Sazo, but I have arranged to move into thier cool apartment in thier loft. Bad newz, Jadhira moving next door into Gretta's empty apartment in her loft. Yikes, I stillz sees her. I guess it's ok...for now, but I wanta make new friendz.

I might get a job in the Gaming Career. It's safer for me to get a real job, not that working for a small business isn't a real job, but I have low skills and no badges or talent. I'm in love!!!! Perhaps I'm a bit too rash, but I've met the most wonderful man!!! Jadhira and I were invited to a dinner downtown and the most wonderful man lives at that house with his family. He is dashing, handsome, smart and rich! I couldn't take my eyes off of him and he off of me. We shall meet again, he is sooo wonderful. We shall dance in the moonlight and have two children, a boy with curly red hair and a girl with straight black locks, and a dog, my puppy Sheba. We'll have a parrot and eat cake everyday for dessert.

I am in love!!! I know it!!! This is the one, it must be! Has to be! Wonderful sweet love! The way he says my name when he calls, the way his green eyes look at me. Lalalala!!! We shall be sooo happy!!! I can not wait! O, who will be my bridesmaid?!

Moving Out

I am moving out! I found a place downtown and will move in on the next simday...whenever that occurs. There was an ad in the local paper. "Apartment for sale! 160 sqtiles. Two bedroom, one bath. Downtown. $10000 or $1000/simday rent" I called and made an appointment to see the apartment. Right now the family lives there, but they will move upstairs and I will have the downstairs apartment, plus I get to keep Sheba. There is a fireplace, cool kitchen with ultra cool furniture, exposed brick walls, wood floors and the most awesome view. I have big windows in the back that look over downtown. Not as cool of a view that the upstairs apartment must be, but still cool and my own space. No more stepping over Jadhira and her books and Sheba can run around and there is a little piece of land. Outside the apartment is the common area. They said that when I move in, the area will be spruced up a bit with place to collect mail and packages, sitting area for company and *maybe* an indoor grill. Too bad I don't have a balcony like the upstairs apartment does. But this will be great. $10,000 and no rent payments after that. I need to get a loan, and a job.

Downtown is cooler than Apple Valley proper, more noise, more parties, maybe I will meet more men downtown. The hood council said that they will have a party for us, so we can meet more of the residents. Lots of sims seem scared of Jadhira and I, not many introduce themselves. Maybe I should stop stealing thier papers. Ah wells.

I will meet with Rayne soon. I need to take a loan for the apartment and will have to take a loan to start my own store. I can not wait. Sandy's Pet World...or maybe Sandy's Animals...or Furry Friends! I will sell pet collars and wombats and food and fish and maybe, just maybe, I sell dogs and cats. RightO, I need simoleans!

My Puppy

I have a puppy. I was visiting a new neighbor, well, actually I was taking a walk and got lost. She came out and said hello and her dog had puppies and they were cute so I brought one. Jadhira complains that Sheba is loud, but I love her to pieces. Such a cutie! Now all I needs is a family to go with my puppy. Too bad I dropped out of college, but I think coming here was worth it. University doesn't help you find a man-hihi! The puppy's former master, Rayne, owns a toy shop. She said that she was thinking of expanding the shop and selling animals. We will talk more later, she said that I could rent the extra space from her and own my own store. Maybe I could sell nice puppy collars and food! I'm not sure how the arrangement would work. Maybe I could work for her as a trainee and then rent the space from her, maybe I should start my business right away. We will have coffee and talk more on another simday, I am busy with my new puppy and I have to find a new place since the boarding house doesn't let you have pets. Stupid rules.

I've Arrived!!!

I'm here in Apple Valley. Kind of small if you ask me :\ Haven't had a chance to settle into the hood yet, so far Jadhira and I moved into the Apple Valley Boarding House. They only had one room available, so we have to share that room and a bathroom. Yuck. I want my own space, but I'm finding out that Apple Valley is a lot different than Simborough. They don't allow single sims to reside on residential lots alone (only 2+ sim households allowed), plus you can only move to a brand new lot on simMondays, it's simFriday here. So who knows how long I'll have to stay here.

I brought a puppy. Totally an accident :) I was walking around the hood and got to know this one woman and her family and while I was there, her dogs gives birth! They were the cutest chocolate puppies, I couldn't resist. I brought one and named her Sheba. I have to post photos soon of my new life here in this small...small hood.
